Mr. Gould has been a partner since 2007.  He heads the firm’s Early Settlement Division and has settled over 100 cases on behalf of insurance carriers and NYCHA within 12 months from their inception.  Mr. Gould is also a capable trial attorney participating in over 100 trials and has tried over 50 cases to verdict throughout the state.

For the past 25 years he has been an Adjunct Professor at the City University of New York — Queens College where he teaches courses such as Freedom of Speech, Trial Advocacy and Media Law and Ethics. He is also a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute continuing legal education series and has taught such courses as: Advanced Trial Tactics, Trial Skills Workshop, Working with Experts and Using Medical Records to Prove Your Case. Additionally, he has volunteered as a coach for students at Stuyvesant High School and Richmond Hill High School in the New York State Mock Trial Competition Partners in Education Program. He also assists junior associates in Russo & Toner’s Mentoring Program.
