Nicholas Piacente focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6). In July 2018, he sat for the Bar exam in New York. He is a law clerk, currently awaiting admission. During law school, he worked as a law clerk on plaintiffs’ side for one year. Prior to law school, Mr. Piacente worked as a research analyst for an asset management firm.
