Steven Dyki Speaks at Scaffold Law Summit in Albany

On November 19, 2014, Steven Dyki was one of three speakers on the Legal Panel at the Scaffold Law Summit held by LRANY in Albany, New York. Mr. Dyki provided an overview of New York’s “Scaffold Law” and discussed the legal ramifications of amending the Scaffold Law to include a comparative fault defense.
