Lauren Garvey Speaks at International Restaurant and Food Service Show of New York

On March 8, 2015, Lauren Garvey was part of a panel that lectured at the International Restaurant and Food Service Show of New York at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York. Ms. Garvey and her fellow co-panelist’s presentation was entitled “Liability, Responsibility and Solutions for Allergic Diners” and involved a discussion on the potential liability of restaurants for failing to warn customers of allergens in their menu items, and the duties that arise when a restaurant becomes aware that a customer has an allergy.
