Alan Russo And Steven Dyki Present Seminar On Unique Aspects Of New York Tort Law

On June 19, 2015, Alan Russo and Steven Dyki conducted an insurance training seminar entitled “Unique Aspects of New York Tort Law” in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The topics included New York’s Dram Shop Act, the effect of one defendant settling in a case involving multiple defendants under General Obligations Law section 15-108, the limitation of joint and several liability in Article 16 of the CPLR, Labor Law sections 200, 240 and 241(6), and employer liability/1b insurance coverage.
